Why This Role Matters
Our growth is only as strong as the people driving it. Behind every viral campaign and production breakthrough, there’s a culture built on ownership, creativity, and ambition. That’s where you come in.
As HR Generalist, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations—balancing empathy with execution, compliance with creativity, and systems with heart. From onboarding and benefits to culture and performance, you’ll ensure that every High Scale team member feels seen, supported, and ready to achieve out-of-this-world results.

3. Own Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Build a best-in-class onboarding process (remote + in-person) that sets new hires up for success from day one.
- Create programs that maintain strong connection and culture across teams and time zones.
4. Support Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, benefits administration, and workplace policies.
- Manage employee relations with empathy and fairness, resolving conflicts proactively and protecting company culture.
5. Build Data-Driven HR Systems
- Use metrics and analytics to measure engagement, retention, and performance.
- Implement HR tech tools that increase transparency and scalability.
- Create dashboards that turn people data into strategic insights.
6. Partner with Leadership
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategy with company growth objectives.
